Peer Review Policy

Frontiers in Business and Finance (FBF) follows a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published research.

Type of Peer Review:

FBF follows a Double-Blind Peer Review system, in which the identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process to ensure fair and unbiased evaluation.

Reviewer Selection:

Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, academic qualifications, and research experience related to the manuscript’s subject area. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent external reviewers.

Review Process:

All submitted manuscripts undergo a detailed evaluation of originality, research methodology, significance, clarity, and contribution to the relevant field. Reviewers provide constructive comments and recommendations, including acceptance, revision, or rejection decisions.

Decision Making:

The final decision regarding publication, revision, or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ evaluations, editorial assessment, and the overall quality of the manuscript.

Confidentiality:

The peer review process is strictly confidential. Manuscripts, reviewer reports, and related information are not disclosed to unauthorized individuals.

Ethics and Conflict of Interest:

Reviewers and editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Reviewers with conflicts are excluded from evaluating the concerned manuscript to maintain impartiality.

Feedback and Revisions:

Authors receive detailed reviewer feedback and may be requested to revise their manuscripts. Revised submissions are evaluated to ensure that reviewers’ comments have been appropriately addressed.

Transparency and Appeals:

FBF provides a transparent process for authors who wish to appeal editorial decisions. Appeals are reviewed fairly by the editorial team to maintain integrity and accountability in the publishing process.
