Article Processing Charge (APC) & Waiver Policy

Frontiers in Business and Finance (FBF) follows a transparent and ethical open-access publishing model. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of PKR 40,000 is applied only to manuscripts that are accepted for publication after successful peer review. The APC supports editorial processing, peer-review management, DOI registration, online publication, and digital preservation services.

APC Information:

  • Submission Fee: No submission fee is charged.
  • APC: PKR 40,000 per accepted article.
  • Payment Timing: APC is payable only after final acceptance.
  • Currency: Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Refund Policy: APC payments are generally non-refundable after publication processing begins, except in special cases determined by the journal.

Waiver and Discount Policy:

FBF provides full or partial APC waivers for authors facing financial difficulties. Waiver requests are reviewed confidentially on a case-by-case basis and do not influence peer-review outcomes or editorial decisions.

Transparency Statement:

All publication charges are clearly displayed on the journal website before submission. FBF does not apply hidden fees, and acceptance decisions are based solely on research quality, originality, and peer-review evaluation.
